    No amount of food or comfort is going to cover up the reality of the situation your in. Addictions are just forms of escapism that numb the mind and distract us from the TRUTH.

Learn how to find it within yourself to withhold from the things that give you the immediate comfort or satisfaction and start paying your future self.

  1. Letting external forces influence your inner state.

Feeling bad for yourself for being in this situation and blaming things that are out of your control leads to the perpetual reinforcement of victimhood.

Everyone has forces working against them but you always have control of your inner state.

Take right action each day in the form of small incremental steps, practice self-awareness without judgement, and watch the world around you change for the better.
