How much moving are you doing? How well does your body move?

What is the situation with your nutrition and habits?

Alcohol? Jun food? Overconsumption?

Are you finally going after those physical hobbies and goals?


How do you view your body and how it allows you to CREATE and DESIGN a life of growth and expansion?

What stories are you telling yourself

Stories that are driving the behaviors and habits that got you here?
